  • @lurkymerc179 What Do You Mean Protecting?

  • @marcherline Thats called sleep paralysis. Yourself expanding was your astral body expanding out of your physical body.

  • I experienced something like that when I was a child. Not floating out of my body, but I remember waking up and beeing unable to move. My room was next to the livingroom, and my door was open. I could see shadows from the livingroom and hear my mum and dad talking and watching television. I felt very uncomfortable and I was so scared by the fact that I couldn't move or call out for help. Then I felt everything in the room, including myself, expanding. I've always wondered what happended!

  • I didnt think much of it but a few months back I had an experience where i was awake but i couldnt move at all, my jaw felt locked up and my body felt like stiff. as soon as it stoped i immediately fell back asleep

  • thats wat happend me yesterday, but i coudnt come out. my heart was going so fast and my visuals were soooo crazy, i just coudnt help it and opened my eyes. hopefully i ll overcome the fear and just wait and wait. and i ll come out. even if i wasnt outside yet, i already felt this peacefull and happy sensation, it was 5 in the morning and i started calling my friends and telling them about it .

  • Yesterday was my first time also, everything you said happened to me
