how do you get that achievment erm..obtain 15 or more silver badges ??

You get scored at the end of the mission. You are going for Gold. Once you finish 15 different missions with Silver or Gold, you will get the achievement.

did u get this on easy mode or hard i have been watching loads of ur vids and i was trying it on hard i couldnt do it lol so what mode did u do it on

Everything is filmed on Hard. You get a ton more points that way. It really just comes down to a nice smooth run. Chaining a series of kills together.
