@RagtimeIrvin Jelly wrote none of the tunes you mention here except possibly turtle twist. Hesitation blues is a traditional and was first published by W.C Handy, Fat Meat and Greens was a popular song during the 20s and was recorded by other musicians (I can't remember the name of the composer but it wasn't Jelly). Tiger. Rag is also a traditional
@zukobro51 Corection! the Collected Sheet Music book is DOES NOT have every song he has ever written, it only contains a very small proportion of his works. For example, Maple Leaf Stomp is not included, nor is Fat Meat and Greens, Hesitation Blues, Stomp De Low Down, Tiger Rag, or Turtle Twist. and those are just a few to name, Jelly wrote way more than the 40 songs in the collection.
You can try searching the internet for downloads, but this is probably one of his least most popular songs. The only place I've found the sheet music is in the full collection. The book is well worth it though, considering it has every damn song he's ever written in there. It's a book that'd take most pianists years to learn.
This is without a doubt the most beautiful sounding Jelly Roll Morton song...I'm currently learning it, hopefully will be ready for a live upload this month
