These are some exercises to help the abdominal muscles come back together again, closing the gap that is..Diastasis Recti! Do them as often as you can, and you will see results, without any need for surgery, that is FOEY!

  • Thanks... I have a 3 finger gap. My last birth (3rd child) was almost 3 years ago. Finally, decided to get my butt off..and do some constant exercising. Wake up 5.30am every morning, run..and now, do these exercises that you've shared. Thanks so much!!! I really appreciate it!
