Wow, over 700 Million dollars!? My cousin lives in the Phillippines. She was telling me how bad it is down there and still I never realized how bad it was until I saw those pictures at the end. Walking on telephone wires because the water is up to your neck. I couldn't imagine living there right now. Wow.
