If you are looking for a basic but sturdy and functional Olympic bench, then the E-4423 is for you. This 14 gauge steel bench offers a two incline position backrest measuring 31" L x 8.5"-11" W. The flat position rests securely on the bench itself for ideal bench presses. The clutter free inner rack prevents hindrance to dumbbell or kettlebell workouts when not using the rack. The incline position also allows for multiple grip bench and chest presses as well as full rotator cuff routines and provides a comfortable resting place for your back when sitting on the 16.5" L x 10.75"-13.5" W rolled seat for a wide range of dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, medicine ball, etc. workouts.

The notched front 2.5" thick seat and open receptacle allows for future expansion with a leg or preacher attachment, while the seven adjustments of the oversized bar catches allow individuals of most heights to workout comfortably. These adjustments are made with an oversized spring-loaded pop pin on the rear of the rack. The rack and frame of the E-4423 are made solidly with thick bolts for assembly and rear diagonal braces for added stability. This creates an impressive weight capacity and a rugged yet attractive Olympic bench on which you will find many years of usage.
