Returning Heroes

Returning Hero was shot in 2000 by the multi-award winning director Frank Budgen.

During the shoot in the South of France, there were long delays as one member of the cast followed by another suffered from sun stroke. With a shortage of extras both the client and the account handler starred as villagers.

Incredibly, real mines were rigged up for the war scenes.

Apparently the French/Belgian people don't care/know what the rest of the world thinks of their fighting ability. Hard not to laugh at Bart Simpson now: "Cheese-eating surrender-monkeys" and "I'm shaking like a French soldier".

Tonight was the last time I drink this shit. After advising my brother that I had drank some Stella, he asked me if I had seen this commerical. To say I am speechless would be an understatement. Looks like WW1,(maybe Ypres??) when Canadian and allied troups faced clorine gas, and where 100,000 allied troups died fighting for Beligium. How pathetic.
