do you keep on loseing the weight? and if you don't mind telling me how much you've lost and in how long. sometimes it's so hard but seeing the result's makes it worth it.

I have heard that alot since I had my surgery four years ago, I just couldn't eat much and when I did try, I would throw up. I also had monthly band fills and have stayed where I am comfortable with. And I never dieted, I will always eat what I crave, but either a bite or so.Sorry I was so late checking this, my daughter had a utube account, I didn't. Hang in there, and try filling your band every month...... Laura

you look really good,did you go on a diet to ? i had lapbnad surgery.i lost 15 pound's,
it's been 4 months and i have'nt lost any more weight i actually gain like 4 pound's.can you please tell me how you got such good progress..........
