No, it really wouldn't have been. Surrealist humour is a very specific thing, that they put a lot of thought into.
The point is to weird you out. To throw that all away for a dirty sex joke is just pointless.
Dirty jokes only work if they're juxtaposed against something very innocent or normal. Injecting a sex joke into this would be about as funny as adding the word "cocksucker" to the end of every sentence in "Airplane."
