  • nice job on the soundhole inlays...I would suggest putting masking tape along the whole outer edge of the top wood (bottom and top of the wood) so it doesnt splinter when you cut it

  • yes, I left a large margin because of having no tape and it worked ok, there was actually quite a bit of tear-out but thankfully not to much.

  • My only complaint is that you didn't include any text or verbal commentary about the materials, wood types, tools, etc. Explanations would've been helpful because during some of the steps, I'm not exactly sure what types of tools you're using, the species of wood you chose, sizes and measurements for the body, neck, headstock, etc..Other than that this is a great video series.

  • Dude, where did you learn how to build a guitar???A video??Relative???A Book??

  • @YukonStrings can u tell me what all kind of wood you used

  • What kind of woods were you using?

  • i would fuckn play with all my plasure on that beauty

  • How did you get the top and bottom soundboard that thin?

  • I can't believe you cut the top so accurately with a bloody saber saw! watching that almost made me go out and buy you a scroll saw.

That having been said, it turned out awesome.

  • I love ur pallet jig to hold down ur "top".. I making the plans..even right now.... cool

  • you use that dremel a lot! so many different dremel attachments. i appreciate your pain staking effort at everything you do to build this rather than doing it an easier way.

  • id be worride bout the spruce top cracking with the clamps on it

  • You got every thing at StewMac right
