ArmA - Apache training

Practicing hugging the ground as someone told me in the comments to the AH1 video.
This is the 2nd take .. w/o music .. but a crash instead *doh*

Nice piloting, I myself am a rather good pilot. I wonder though, does the Apache go faster than usual helicopters? Or do you have the video sped up?

I dont even know how to speed up videos lol

Looking at the HUD tells me that AH64 isn´t faster than MH6 ingame .. must be a mis-impression with the ground rushing by so close :D

For that one i used a stick.

It´s much more enjoyable than using keyboard & mouse.

Honestly, I'd be a little freaked out to fly a heli- because when you ahve to go forward you go almost what like, 50 degrees vertical!!!!! Crazy man! Haha

lol either the pilot is a giant or the apache is rly small. but you sit allot lower in a real apache. take the apache from arma2 operation arrowhead. its the most realistic apache if seen so far in any game. in both size and detail.

the irst one it has a smaller island and then theres the big map wich includes the small island aswell

hmmmmm what happened at 5:21 should have happened 10 times in the first minute only. But hey, this is an environment friendly chopper, it just passes through trees, bushes and objets without touching them.

The sound in this game is deadening... its so repetitive, in all the helicopters that ive been in Ive never heard one continuous repetitive sound like that before.

I'd have to switch that off after a while..

Trackir is wicked though... Ive just got a trackir 5 woohoo..

Oh and i love the idea of the big maps.. thats cool, although they dont look very detailed
