To Right there bobby, even if it's a one foot wall jumping and landing has no skill and no fluidity. wiht a rol you can come out of it in so many ways that you canno't execute with a flat land.

Actually 666theone, bobbyconditioning has a point. The roll WOULD keep up your momentum, and get you going faster, nicely put bobby. Heaps good vid aswell.

plus you should always try to roll in most situations because its more energy efficent and if you can do it well it doesnt hurt.
