i have this and i have to say its awesome. but as advertised, it's tailored for guitar player/ singers. Unless you have an electric drum kit, you're kinda stuck with the sample drum beats (which are really good quality however). as far as guitar and vocals go, this thing is the best $300 I've spent.awesome quality.
I got the Cakewalk V-Studio 20 and i have to say that it's really good. You just plug in your guitar in the studio and you can change the amp with a program that comes with the Studio (VS-20 Editor). There are drum beats that comes along also. I use this for my own stuff and it's great. So if your a guitar player and wants a studio to record with, the Cakewalk V-Studio 20 is what your looking for.
