Soyuz TMA-14 Launch from Baikonur (Full)

March 26, 2009 - Baikonur Cosmodrome.
In accordance with the mission plan of the International Space Station (ISS) and Russian commitments under this project, a manned transportation spacecraft Soyuz TMA-14 was launched from Baikonur launch site at 14:49:18 Moscow Time.
The objective of the launch was to deliver to International Space Station. the Expedition 19 crew (ISS-19): russian cosmonaut Gennady Ivanovich Padalka (ISS-19 Commander, Soyuz TMA Commander), NASA astronaut Michael Barratt (ISS Flight Engineer, Soyuz TMA Flight Engineer), as well as a space flight participant Charles Simonyi under the program of the Visiting Mission 16.
