This is our (Myself and Class 56 Productions) 2009 visit to Toton Traction Depot and compared to last years visit, there is a lot more stored locomotives here this time around including a number of Class 66 locomotives. Unlike last years visit where I tried to cram everything into a 10min video, I have done a 24 min video split into three parts. Also this time, we take a different route to Toton Bank as we go via the west side of the yard down the public footpath over to Toton Bank via the footbridge which is about a 3 mile round trip and fortunately, the weather was good as well. This video features narration throughout all 3 parts and we start the video off with 60003 and 37405 which are parked just behind the gates. Later on we see some more Tugs which are 60036, 60069, 60031 and 60008 (New! Nearside view of nameplate) as well as an unidentified Triple-Grey Tug and other locomotives like the Class 08 Shunters, Class 58 "Bones" and some other Class 37's. Another locomotive we saw there as well was a Dutch liveried Class 56

  • toton=boobs in french canadian

  • @FREEZERQC: Really?! Thats interesting to know lol.

  • Can i ask why 60008 is your favourite loco? Great video too and well liked to with a thumb up!

  • @crichton2121: 60008 and I have a long history mate, when I was a child, that beast would always stalk me whenever I was out with the family on a train trip somewhere. Or when I went train photting with my uncle as he had a massive crude video camera which had to be connected to a VCR to record. Very dinosaur equipement by today's gadgets, but this was back in late 1989/1990 ish. I would like to see that beast come back on the track someday even if its with DRS as its a legendary loco to me.

  • No, One of the main rules for being a true rail enthusiast is that you DO NOT tresspass into yards and that you respect safety notices. Also I do not intend getting arrested for tresspassing either.
