this is obviously an robery order. The other guy on the previous day paid the robber to steal this bike and paid him probably a small percentage of the real price of the bike.

The store owner says "security changes" will be made. A good place to start would be better quality cameras, lights and recording equipment.
Protecting hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory and, of course, the staff with a "mickey mouse" camera system really doesn't make sense.
