  • Nice one Mark!! If you don't mind me asking, what software do you use for your productions?

  • I use Avid Liquid 7.2 for editing and to convert to DivX 720P for YT and to SD MPEG2 for the DVD.

  • Brilliant footage Mark well done.

I looked at Angarrack viaduct the day before. Couldnt see how to get above it for the shot! So I filmed them dep Penzance instead. At Llanvihangel I was afew hundred yards away from you!

  • Laurie found the Angarrack shot. JW and I were at Burngullow. At Llanvihangel, JW was on the hillside to the right, so possibly even closer to you. Cheers!

  • Thanks for your kind comments, chaps.

It was very windy on Thursday and Friday. The upper Clyde valley, around Abington, was the worst, to the extent that none of our three locations gave us usable shots.

The shots taken on Shap (on the DVD) needed very careful editing - Laurie got good sound and my camera was steadier, so I cut my pictures to his sound-track!

  • Brilliant video great locations enjoyed watching 5*

  • Another great production. Well worth the wait!

  • Terrific production and a favorite

  • More excellence (I watched part II first!) 5* Due to wind conditions it looked like the Scot was trying to create it's own weather system above the engine. Thank you for sharing. Mike

  • Excellent selection of clips Mark, the Scot on Beattock is my personal favourite.
