Hi I tried playing this game but after I clicked on new game, the program froze on me. I downloaded both the visual c++ and directx files needed. What am I doing wrong? :(

@sapphirechick Excuse me for the lateness. What are the specs on your computer? Or rather, how old is your computer if you can't find out. There is a known memory bug in PWLib 1.1 that makes it a memory hog. That could be the reason :(, eventually either a PWLib 1.2 or AAO (a month or so) version.

@ADxradex My computer is about almost 4 years old now. I think it could be the graphics card because all I see are NVIDIA labels on it. But anyways, after I dled the episode, I don't need to install PWLib on to my computer right? I could just click on the A-something file app. that's included in the episode 1 folder am I correct? I'm sorry if I asks too many questions since I'm pretty much a noob on technology.

@sapphirechick Not a problem, PWLib works best with Nvidia cards anyway. Hm, yeah it must be your computer. PWLib 1.1 has a memory bug (KSA is very aware and fixed it) that causes PWLib to be a memory hog. You don't need to install anything else, yeah just click on AIGE.exe and then you are ready. I haven't been in contact with KSA for a while so we haven't got a chance to work on the PWLib book. He's busy, I'm busy, hehe, yeah 1.2 will be delayed. You would have to wait for an AAO version :(.

Do you need any ideas with coming up with brand new "breakdowns?"

Unfortunately I can't actually draw or work with graphics, but I could come up with lists of ideas for "breakdown animations" if you want brainstorming. Like perhaps someone juggles a lot of balls, and he loses control and they all come crashing down on his head, or someone repeatedly punches herself in the face and gives her lots of bruises, or something.

The "breakdowns" are one of the best parts of Ace Attorney.

@MartialArtsMaster I agree fully on breakdowns as one of the best parts of Ace Attorney. Hehe, if you have paid attention to the CR topic, I got the game almost pretty completed :D. For this episode, it's not necessary. Maybe next episode (Re:tracer) but, it depends.
