  • Im on a lowcarb diet for life, I have soo much more energy, have built up my muscles and im leaner and slimmer than ever, and so much energy! I have lost a 100 pounds, and im now happy with myself,but dont speak about the lowcarb as something thats bad for you, cause it has changed my life and never, ever, will I let anyone say that low carb is bad. I went to the doctor all the time to check my blood, and it was all perfect! LOW CARB DOES WORK!

  • @ravnette Please look up ketosis. You are hopelessly and pitifully misinformed. Every cell in our body runs on glucose. We are built to live on carbs. Every natural occurring food ( and I do not consider animals food) is predominantly consisting of carbs. I consume around 700g of carbs each day mainly from fruit and am a runner. Lean and healthy as can be. The fact that u were 100 pounds overweight should tell everyone what type of person you are no offense intended but hardly epitome of health.
