I am getting my first GSD, she will be 6 weeks saturday! I cannot wait to start training her. Btw i have chosen the name Luka for her.

@rotkob I didn't understand about biting. Are pet dogs bite? If this is I don't gonna have one. :) I was just researching on GSD to have one puppy. Please guide me about its training and to identify the original breed.

@ooops1234 They bite until permanent teeth come out. All puppies bite, but German Shepherd puppies seem to be more aggressive due to breed character. Owning and raising a GSD is not an easy task and not for everyone. It's also a life long commitment. If you know that you won't take care of the dog for the next 12 years, then wait until the appropriate time.
