Hello there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

@915olivares11 Research suggests that a high protein, restricted carbohydrate eating is the most effective way to lose fat. I recommend that you do that in conjunction with a short duration, high-intensity STRENGTH training program. With fat loss as your goal and based on your height, age and weight you should eat 1798 calories per day. Eat eggs for breakfast.. Lunch, lean protein (fish, poultry, red meat) and veggies. @wutang898 Reduce your intake of refined carbohydrates and processed foods. Eat more lean protein. If it had eyeballs, eat it. Eat more veggies. Drink one ounce of water for every pound of body weight, each day. Exercise everyday. High intensity strength training is the best way to change your body composition. All of the workouts on my channel are high intensity workouts. Move more, sit less. The best way to get started is to start. Thanks for watching. :)

@guesswho90913 Reduce your intake of processed carbohydrates. Food like brea, white rice, sweets, pasta, soda and most fruit all are processed into sugar quickly by your body. This raises your insulin levels and shuts off your fat cells ability to release and use fat for fuel. Instead focus on eating foods like steak, fish, poultry and eggs. For carbohydrates focus on getting leafy greens onto your plate and in your belly. Do the workouts on my channel. Do what you can today. Improve everyday.
