for some Pakistanis, everything has to be connected to religion and somehow, that one book . and they argue based on 'rules' written in that 'almighty' book that dictates their lives, politics, economy, wars , wives, children, deaths and everything under the sun.

We have people who follow islam in India too, most of them live normal lives and don't really treat religion as everything.

If you just look past your tiny island, you might see that there's diversity in the world. There are ~85,000 Tamil Jains; Christians form 6% of Tamil population in TN; there are 3,470,647 Muslims in TN; there are 5,393 Buddhists; there are 9,545 Sikhs. Plus I know many Christian Sinhalese. Get an education.
