I hope that everyone recovers from this horrible accidents. Prayers go out fo all. What also concerns me is the rescue personal working in close without turnout gear. There is one gentleman in shorts and a t-shirt wearing an ems vest and another apparent 1st responder with only a turnout coat. Isn't someone teaching safety in that particular FD ??

ok - i've read all the post and to 303alyssa i just wanted to let you know that they were my family in the other car - has he even thought about asking anyone at all about how my cousin daughter, who is sitting in Toledo Children's Hospital in very very serious condition on how she's doing? There is a 9 year old little girl going thru hell along with the rest of the family because of something he did without thinking. I hope he truly is sry for what happened and finds a way to help the family

i know it was very bad of him an all of us esspecialy him .are realy hoping an praying for your family.i realy hope someday that there mite be forgivness,trust me he has kids an he is very tore up about it,as far as him being drunk that has ben here say,an rumors you know how that gose,blood test will tell the truth,i the brother will also be ferious if he was,he is a good kid just he was in a bad way with life an very bad luck,i know that dont make it rite nothing will an i,m sorry.

I hope he goes to jail for a real long time that man hit my pregnant aunt and my cousin almost killing everyone... i understand that his brother posted on here and im sorry that Ur brother was hurt but he was drunk and shouldn't have been driving... he almost killed my aunt who has 2 little boys my cousin and her daughters severely injuring one of my youngest cousins who was only 7....

an for you cody 7434 i think its unreal they would even pass youin a basic training,first responders,or defently a hazmat an give you a suit.just so you know it dose mean something when you put that suit on.an being in that professon an calleing people idiots.

Watching the video it looks like everyone kept their distance up untill the point that the man was pushed to the ambulance so please tell me how anyone got in the way?? Watch again and you will see everyone standing back untill the man was on the stretcher!!

I understand that when rescuers are trying to do their job it is vital that people stay out of the way however in this case when you are family on the scene not only is it an instinct to be close to the family member injured but in this accident it was important that the loved (his brother) be close by especially when the person injured was in and out of conscience hearing a familiar voice can keep him stable. Why would any of you judge this man for only caring about his brothers well being!!

besides my father was also a fire chief and a emt an he will tell you wen someone is gone in and outa conchiness its good to have a family member voice to talk to them an not a stranger,sounds like you need training in life threatning emergencys.hope you dont work on me some day.

i was told to talk to him mr noise by fire men an stay close to talk to him wen needed ,u know the one in white sleevless shirt my brother was trapped in car,so i did wat i was told so before u run your mouth know wat your talking about.
