Dude, I didn't say no taxes. Governments have to loosen the reins of tax/charges (and regulate privateers) which means more disposable incomes for people and causes. NGO's still have to pay heavy overheads and rent, for example. All these taxes and costs chip away at our abilities to give and do (to 'reciprocate'). And what if we did make this world better off our own asses? Who would take the glory? Politicians of course. Coupled with our own efforts, politicians MUST deliver in some form.

CEO's avoid taxes and laws all of time. There are ways to make a living and not pay taxes. And laws are only a hinderance if you break one and/or get caught.
