I've watched this video a lot of times but never commented. I'm an Eagles fan so the pain of this game and seeing Leo rise up above the pack never ceases, but i'm a passionate lover of of great game that is AFL in general. I have the utmost respect for the Sydney FC and what Paul Roos did at that club. This video has got to be one of the most feel good AFL videos on youtube

We had some great battles over those years.

After both Grand Finals what got me was the attitude of the crowd. Not one problem at all. After the game in 2005 I saw Eagles fans stay and clap the Swan’s players as they were presented their medallions so after 2006 I made sure I did the same for the Eagles.

As a Dogs supporter I know the pain of waiting a long time for a premiership as the South faithful had been for 72 years. Respect.

Great clip, anyone who watches will probably realise how much it meant to us supporters to win that flag after countless years of ups and downs (mainly downs) I was there with my dad who is a life long swan, it was equal to being at the birth of my sons, with no exaggeration,Thanks again

@ozzmanzz We sometimes give them (rightly) a fair bit of grief - but looking bak history will look kindly on the commentary of this game - and especially the final few moments. Really makes the film.

@ozzmanzz Its a great video. Great music too. Have you thought of re-doing it with HD footage though - and re-posting it as a HD 720p or 1080i version? That'd be fantastic - I reckon the AFL would like a look at it at that level...

I've watched this so many times, and cried every single one. I remember as soon as the siren went, I jumped on my dad who's about half my size and almost broke his back on the chair next to me hahaha. He cried with joy straight after the game but I couldn't, the whole thing was just so cereal - I felt mentally drained.

You know people say it's time to move on, and sometimes we need to - but no one can ever take the pure JOY we experience as soon as we come back to this.

Love this video its shows the passion and faith swans supporters have ,After the final siren i rang my uncle (swans fan for 80 yrs) to see how he felt to only find out he passed away the week b4 so now the 2005 GF is etched in my mind forever RIP Eddie

I have watched this video many times over the last couple of years. To whoever made it, you are amazing. I am a passionate Swans supporter and i still cant bring myself to re-watch the game.
