  • I have jaw/face tightness for many years. I've tried every self massage technique there is; usually it entails a real light touch, or pressing in on some trigger point. None of that stuff has ever done a thing. I must admit, this pushing UP and DOWN technique on the facia is the first thing that ever worked. I'm going to keep working on this to see how it performs. Thank you!!!
