First off, how did this person / people get your phone number? Were you actually crazy enough to post up your phone number online for people to contact you?
Second off, if they are prank calling you on your phone, you could always *69 the call...and trace the number, then you could find out where they live, and you could report them for harassment or emotional distress, but they cannot go to jail for making a prank call. Even if it was against the law...how could the people prove it was one?
