William - We take good pride in producing good quality chickens. You have to follow strict rules that are laid outs and audits from the Chicken Farmers of Canada. This entails keeping records of all feed that comes into the barn and keeping samples of sent feed. Keeping records of water quality. We test the water regularly to see that there is no contamination in the water. The Chicken Farmers of Ontario send out auditors. These auditors check chicken farms to make sure the protocols are actually carried out.
