@RobbiedeSmith yeah the lack of manual controls is a bit of a pain coz i like to do light trails and it's just on of the things that the olympus cant do well. But other than that it's awesome! really delighted with it. And no problem Robert, happy shooting! haha

@ateiviz Such a shame it doesn't have the time lapse function :( Anyway thanks for the help and the idea of 'cheating' the effect. Absolutely love the camera though and cannot fault the quality :)

@RobbiedeSmith Hey Robert,
Thanks for the comment, unfortunately the camera doesn't have any settings to do a proper time lapse so i had to work with what it does have. I recorder the pier for an hour on 720p using a tripod to keep it from shaking, then used Sony Vegas 9 Pro to speed up the video. I know it's a bit cheating but i wish the camera had a few more manual controls.

Great video, I love time lapses, I have the Olympus sz-30mr and was wondering how you did the time lapse. I couldn't find a setting for it? Do you use a rig or something else?
