This was at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. It was located on the second floor of Innoventions in Tomorrowland but it is no longer there.

i dont get it. the person said, "you know what i like stitch? you." and then stitch says "did it hurt bad?" did i misunderstand something? or was that a joke?

You heard right. When he said "You know what I like Stitch? You." He was showing Stitch a tatoo of Stitch he got on his arm. That's why Stitch asked if it hurt bard.
