I don't think John Fogerty would ever consider re-recording the Hoodoo material, but dang, that was really great stuff! Well, let's all hope for a miracle. Thanks for putting JF's version of Herietta here on YouTube. I happen to like Fogerty's version better that Jimmy Dee's.

The version that Charted in 1957 and was initially recorded on TNT records but the master was purchased by DOT records which pushed it to #47 nationally. Jimmy Dee and the Offbeats were the band. Recommend you listed to that version also on YT as I prefer it to John's. rendition.
