Just because it isn't made of conventional materials does not mean it is not just as formiddable. And in countries where there are knife and weapon laws prohobiting the carrying of a kobutan this would be ideal, it's still a weapon, but it is not recognized as such.

For the amount of time and effort expended in the making of this implement, one would have been better served with an ACTUAL kubotan made of metal or polycarbonate. And if making one yourself is your thing, once again, metal, polycarbonate, or wood. Great effort, though.

Actually, you should Google Kubotan. I prefer the wood kubotans. They look nicer and won't come unraveled if cut...

It is a weapon. Google kobutan.

Now that's what I call super industructable paracord and looks like it could be used as a weapon maybe. Or a handle for a dog lesh kinda.
i used the same glue you used, and it doesnt work because it never dries, so its just white between all of the weaves
any tips would be greatly appreciated

I apply slowly to every square inch letting it soak in. Don't think of it as painting it on,. There will still be a slight bit of flexability in it when done. If it turns white it means there was an excess of glue on it.
And in responce to comment above, once completed it will not unravel even if you cut the end off.
