@quickmiles I'm not surprised that you wore this 45 out. It was on the Philips label and they made some of the fastest wearing (cheap plastic - not vinyl) 45's on the market. If it were on Capitol or RCA you'd still be playing it today!

KJR, Seattle, Channel 95!!! ;-)

I remember that song in Seattle when it came out 43 years ago. Love it.

I love this song from my 8th grade year. What other songs did you write? Phil

So you wrote this song? This was one of my favorites when I was in 8th grade in Detroit, Michigan. I used to play the 45 over and over. What else did you write that I might have heard? Peace.

My very first chart record. I have always loved this song I co wrote with Raymond Bloodworth and Nevel Nader. I produced this recording and it was the beginning of a career that had produced over fifty chart recordings and over two hundred million saled worldwide. L.Russell Brown.
God Bless Richard (Howie) Tepp. A truly fantastic rock singer. Right up there with
Jagger and Morrison.

Alltime classic.

Great song! I love these 60s garage nuggets. This one is right up there with "Talk Talk" by the Music Machine, "Psychotic Reaction" by the Count Five, and "You're Gonna Miss Me" by the Thirteenth Floor elevators.
