@metalsmith32 My bad, I meant Doduo had black neck(s) which turned beige when it evolved.

@metalsmith32 We don't know the actual gender of his Dodrio. It had beige neck(s) when it was first shown as a Doduo, following the old style.
They didn't do that "gender differences" thing until 4th generation and the last time that Dodrio has been seen was around the middle of the 3rd generation(during the Chronicles).

Nothing really wrong here (i'm gunna nitpick though) gary's wartortle was never actually seen in the anime and gary's dodrio is male and the image you have is female.

@Elric1Edward I don 't know, I could see a problem with it. He's REALLY good, it seems like he wouldn't struggle at all.

@Blueberry8557 Except Ash never battled Gary with Sceptile; and Pikachu lost every battle against Gary.

and ash always wonders why gary is ahead.....
pikachu, CHARIZARD, and sceptile are the only reasons why ash beats gary.
