March 2010, I made reservations and paid for it. July 24, 2010, I arrived and the lodge's door was locked. Next morning, went into registration area and my room key was taped to the security screen along with an emergency number to call. They refused to refund my money saying I didn't try "hard enough" to open the door and there were "no phone calls" from me.
Great public relations, right? Out of a dozen emails, not one response.
