1. my favorite part of this video is how you corrected the persons spelling of "slow moshon" ;)
2. DO you arm circle? I notciced that, too and I'll search through comments to see if you answered that already
3. how about your drills for them to keep their chest up on the board? that seems to be one of my weak points

1. That person was one of my gymnasts, so I had to correct her ;)
2. I don't necessarily teach arm circle, I just want their arms down/back as they hit the board.
3. If the gymnast is having trouble keeping her chest up, I tend to coach the hurdle to the board. It's easier to get your chest up if you're doing a longer hurdle.
