Ellen- quit American Idol. Stay with your own show. Your show is suffering with you doing split show.
Paula- You have a new dance show on CBS where you are a executive producer and lead judge. Do your show in the summer, Then go over and be judge on Simon's show X factor in the Fall of 2011. Dont do them both at the same time
