I taught this line...whe n you're as good as them you don't have to carry them all the time...especially in the lot before finals...I made them carry them when somebody was late...all night...that's how I roll!

We don't have stands, I marched the technical Bass 7 (28"). Our rehearsals on saturdays went from 8:30 AM to 4 PM...That's 7 and 1/2 hours in one day!!! And I love the damn thing. Plus our Drum Instructor is our Music Writer so We get music like this for a highschool band. And we play it.
We ordered new drums and Stands and Harnesses + Stick Clamps for the tops of the the drums.
So far only Bass 1 (22") is in.
This is a Highschool Marching Band mind you.

I was screwing with you, we did used to make fun of you when you first came though because they were puny at first but you fixed that.
Like when I first came to Ayala I had no idea what the hell anything other than 3's and 4's were.
Then I became known for my diddles especially on 5.
you became known to be way better than someone else we know without the gimmicks she had ;-).

Lilparadiddle - did you march this year ? I didn't get chance to get out to WGI but watched on the Webcast and thought RCC's show was awesome and in particular the Bass Line, the solo was unreal, are you still marching SCV? Hope you are well John
