Entrancing! Elegant!
How could humans myoptically remove the land and thus the lives of these graceful creatures and call it "development" or "progress"? True progress is expressed in the intelligent planning that provides for, works around, protects, and nurtures all beings.
Grateful to you for sharing the artful, peaceful handiwork of the Creator of all, Cornell LabofOrnithology!

nuptial plumes are present in both male and female GBH. difficult to tell the sexes apart visually, unless mating. Cornell can tell these apart because the male, who flew in last, is missing the hallux (back toe) on the right foot (hard to see from this video).
