Hey that's quick and easy, it looks good. after the 5 hours what doneness would it be med,well, or what? Thanks and Keep up the great work

@henrycems The meat you use for this type of slow cooking is tougher than steak for the grill. After five hours the meat is soft and falling of the bone a bit like the meat in a meat pie. Therefore medium and well done do not apply to this type of cooking (i.e. braising, stewing, etc.)
