Michael - Summer Nights (Grease)

Me, up late at night, decided to do an upload. I didn't play that great, my middle finger actually went numb? What's up with that? Anyway, my first attempt at playing and singing at the same time, and as a consequence both suffered. Oh well. My singing started to sound like Lou Reed from Velvet Underground, who knows why.

At the end, I show what I am proudest to be able to play, which is "Hope You Feel Better Love" by The Isley Brothers. Thanks Warren, Derek, and IsleyTribute guy! I swear I play it better on my steel string, these nylon strings are slippery.
After that I just jam a little in E.
I've been playing for hours and my hand is shot, but I'm glad I finally got a good take in. This is like my 14th take, as opposed to only like 4 with Sandy last night.

Ok well I better wrap up this novel. Hamlet dies, Darth Vader is your father, and Bruce Willis is dead.

I noticed that many ppl who saw my video were searching for instructions on how to play this song.
For the intro you use the 5th and 4th strings, play around with that on the fifth fret and you'll hear it.
The chorus is D, G, A and then alternate between G and A twice.
For the verse it's DGA GAGA twice and then DGAB, E A7 E A7, then for prechorus its DGA Bm Em A D.

And that's pretty much the song. If you can't figure that out just google it for more detailed instructions.

good try kid.....try playing it in open g-tuning its much easier and sounds miles better. dont worry about negative comments segovia gets as many negative as he does positve comments...thats humans for ya...you are a beginner so my advice would be lots of practice and lots of patience. good luck!
