to solve the problem, if you care to look into your subject, the hydrogen can be produced on demand, by the vehicle you travel in, therefor every stream lake or river you pass will be your fueling station. the only REAL problem governments face in the hydrogen game is how to maintain a stranglehold monopoly on it to maintain their high living status

there is a way to build you own hydrogen car, for les than 200 dollars ! ( complete hydrogen will ben a litten more expansive).

but a big new thing is the bubbler system.

this splits water into hydrogen gas with the use of very little energy. from your car battery.

a good system will run about 60% more effectiently than only gas.

the Stanley Meyer generator is one of the best and simplest ones to build.

you store it in hydride form in pellots in those tanks it will exceed the amount if it was in liquid and is safe then you heat the pellots to release the hydrogen for on demand see bob lazaars way of storing it

There is so much more to discover and limiting the possibilities with a view such as this is truly a sure way to box in free thinking to overcome and discover new ways of breaking "out of the box"

Hydrogen can be produced "on site" if you will.. it doesn't have to be stored in a tank or bottle. It can be made while you are on the road by simple electrical means.

A 2nd "chicken or egg" problem is the high cost of fuel cells. The auto companies won't start mass production until the price comes waaay down from the current half million dollars each. But they can't bring the price down without mass production...
