Walking on the Coney Island Boardwalk , a journalist was physically assualted by a US marine.
When the Jounalist tried to report the action to the police, he was ticketed for "disorderly conduct" without reason given.
Items of note:
The Bag located next to the Garbage can has the Ball, Bat and Gloves of the Journalist.
The Ticlet was dismissed and the record was sealed (160.50)
A notice of Claim against the officers has been filed. A lawsuit is thusly pending for denial of service and police misconduct.
So where is your proof that you were attacked by a US Marine? Your video offers no proof that such action occurred, nor does it show anything done wrong by the Police Officers. Your video show the two of you harassing the Police officers. Get a life losers.
