Ticketed after attacked by US Marine in Coney Island

Walking on the Coney Island Boardwalk , a journalist was physically assualted by a US marine.

When the Jounalist tried to report the action to the police, he was ticketed for "disorderly conduct" without reason given.

Items of note:
The Bag located next to the Garbage can has the Ball, Bat and Gloves of the Journalist.

The Ticlet was dismissed and the record was sealed (160.50)

A notice of Claim against the officers has been filed. A lawsuit is thusly pending for denial of service and police misconduct.
