no christian would ever believe that god wants starving children to die, because christians are encouraged to decieve themselves. in fact christian faith is self deception. martin luther said "any man wishing to follow the path to jesus must abandon reason". if an omnipotent, omniscient, beneficent and merciful god sees children starving and does nothing about it, he is indifferent , and unworthy of worship. "my god exists while pretending he does not". no evidence for any god , period

What happens to those who live in civilizations that have never heard of any of the testaments? Do they go to hell?
Also, what about Gandhi? He was a follower of the Hindu religion. Will he go to the same hell as Adolf Hitler just for denying a god in front of God?

God did establish laws for how one ought to treat their slaves. Slavery was very commonplace in the entire world at this time. However, we must remember, a lot of things that occurred in the Old Testament changed drastically with the coming of Jesus. With Jesus, came equality for men and women, slave and free, rich and poor. Before Christ, things were not as equal.

The video was not attempt to make christians look foolish. It is plea to let go of a human meme that there is a god. If man allows this ancient thinking to continue in the world it could bring end to the world as we known it . I do not wish to be killed it name of a god because some theocracy government with a nuclear bomb decides to fulfill the end of the world prophecy.

There is nothing in the Christian belief about dropping bombs, or killing anyone in order to fulfill prophecy. As Christians, we are called to love our enemies and care for the poor. You are thinking of radical Muslims.
