For those of you that are wondering what my training program is...
THIS is a huge part of my program.
I've been boxing since February and ever since my first session I've been completely hooked! I usually train at least once a week but due to my busy schedule I wasn't able to box for 2 months. This video is my first session after the long break.
I know there's a lot of women who are afraid to try boxing, I was one of them, but there's something about it that's just SO MUCH fun! Seriously..Don't miss out!
Not only do you get a great CARDIO workout from it, it's also great for testing your strength & coordination plus you'll also get a KILLER ab workout!
