For some reason the only movie I know featuring Anthony Wong in a non-villainous role was a Stephen Chow movie. I still remember this one movie where he played a guy who kills taxi drivers.

The Ichi the Killer of the 90's! really goes for the jugular and funny at times too. Filmmakers like Eli Roth, Quentin Tarantino and others are fans of this cult fave. One of the sickest movies i've ever seen but quite good.
