It appears that it takes more pressure pushing the meat into the grinder with the plunger than forming them by hand with a metal ring. Plus five times the equipment clean up.

I think that if I am making a large amount of burgers for storage this works great for uniform burgers and works fast ounce I figured it out.
But for a week night meal hand patting is the way to go.
I was just demoing the product. I think its a good piece of gear if you process your oun game or buy meats in bulk.

Nice video, I assume you used the plastic conical stuffing auger attachment to make your burgers, if so, how does it do pushing the meat vs, the metal griding auger?

No I understood that that one was to be used for the hi speed stuffing attachment.
