@nothingfunnyleft Yeah pretty close. It's just south of it, in the very next county. You'd know if you've been there, it's famous for these really old monastery buildings, including a round tower. Not to mention the two lakes in the middle!

I think the longest I've ever walked was about 10km around a big lake in a place here called Glendalough. It was really tough because half of it was uphill but it was definitely worth it: the view up there was amazing! Oh, and I got to see some wild deer!

is glendalough near/in dublin becoz for some reason it sounds very familiar to me. i have a few friends around dublin that i have visited in the past and maybe i have even been there too.
