yes. you have to get access to the crank through one of the side covers and a socket wrench to turn the crank by hand.

If you're buying a Harley, you need to make sure that the bike matches your assless leather pants. It just looks bad when you cruise down to the gay bar and your bike clashes with your assless leather pants

What are some things I need to know or questions I need to ask the buyer/DMV about title transfers when buying a used harley ironhead.
