Top set in today's workout.
In slow motion, I'm seeing that my timing seems to be a bit off, as my shrug comes a bit early and my elbows break well before I've completed extension. I'll need to work on this next week, as I'm taking some power off the top of my pulling by making these mistakes. It's also probably why I couldn't complete my second single at this weight later in the workout.
